Returns

    •    Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
   •    To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
   •    Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
   •    In the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
   •    Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable.

Refunds

    •    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
   •    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange

    •    We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
   •    For exchanges, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

How to Initiate a Return

    1.    Email us at support@happyplacegift.in with your order details and reason for return.
   2.    Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
   3.    Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

    •    We do not accept returns for items on clearance or items marked as “Final Sale.”
   •    Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling are not eligible for returns.
